Pretty Plastic present at the Milan Design Week in Circolare - The Circular Exhibition

During the upcoming Milan Design Week, opening on April 18th, the tiles of Pretty Plastic will be on display in the dedicated Circolare exposition at the Piazza Cittá di Lombardia in downtown Milan. The Circular Village exhibition is an initiative of design agency MAST, construction studio Fiction Factory, and curated by digital design platform ISOLA.

The Circolare exhibition hosts the biggest collection of circular works on display at Fuorisalone. In tune with Salone del Mobile’s sustainability mindset this year, Circolare presents creative practices for designing more responsibly through circularity.

Spanning the piazza’s extensive 3,800 square metre surface, the scenography, is made entirely of zero-waste and recycled materials from partners such as Interface, The Good Plastic Company, Pyrasied Xtreme Acrylic, and Pretty Plastic, to name but a few.

Pretty Plastic will display its “First One” tiles, made out of 100% recycled PVC, on specially created demo walls. These walls are made from used exhibition panels from Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum. The tiles represent a selection of the new colour range of Pretty Plastic. After the successful launch of our grey range, we have added three new colour ranges to our portfolio: terracotta, green and ochre. Each colour is available in three different shades. In combination with the grey tiles, these colours offer endless possibilities to design unique colour patterns for both facades and roof solutions.
